I’m Maria Scheid, Music Coordinator for Undiscovered Radio Network. It’s my job to find those independent labels and artists who are putting out some pretty great music and who deserve more exposure, more radio airplay. If you’re putting out good independent rock music, I will find you!
I got involved with Undiscovered while looking for a cool internship. I get to work doing what I’ve always loved doing: finding good new music. And now I get to share my passion with people who are as equally excited as I am about independent music and its growing importance in the music industry!
I’m originally from Columbus, Ohio, and graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Audio Production. I’m a massive music fan and always have been. I was the weird kid that ditched grade school skating parties to listen to (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? and Harvest...on cassette.
Music I Love: Rock ‘n’ Roll and Soul mostly but good music is good music.
